C4 Visit
The three-day event included workshops to enhance teachers’ knowledge in the fields of debating. There was also a range of activities that were carried within the hosting coordinating school and beyond the school building. It allowed teachers to learn how to apply the debating strategy into lessons, the partner schools were provided a guide to the future debating at school. The C4 mobility meeting was a multi method event, it included workshops, observations and learning-by-doing activities for teachers. Two teachers from each partner school who went to Poland will later organize workshops within their school to disseminate the new knowledge they obtained. They are autonomous learners, constantly reflecting on the way they teach and seeking new ways to develop skills and meet needs of their students. They are in a long term process helping to broaden the scope of their teaching methods and creating a source of new educational opportunities for all parties involved.
Day 1
The first day was the time of exchanging experience and planning of implementation new methods in order to achieve all the objectives stipulated in the project. Outdoor activities for teachers promoted the educational importance of the heritage, visited places and museums will be used as venues for workshops in the future mobilities.

Attending two open lessons executed through the use of debating (exchanging experience):
1st grade English lesson - “Warsaw is a happy city” & 8th grade geography lesson -“European Union should tighten its migrant policy”

Day 2
On the second day the teachers took part in workshops organized with the help of members of Warsaw Debate League. They also experienced real debating situation.
Hands-on teachers’ learning in the Royal Castle: developing their knowledge about Polish history and heritage as well as exchanging practical experience in the field of teaching.

Warsaw Old Town as an “outstanding example of a near-total reconstruction of a span of history covering the 13th to the 20th century” placed in 1980 on UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites.

multiple debate formats, argument structures, rebuttal techniques, and tips for conducting class debates.
Day 3
The third day consisted of emphasizing the educational importance of the European heritage and strengthening teachers' competence in such areas as: introducing elements of debating into syllabus, effective implementation of different debate formats, broadening the European aspect of education.
Examining the Holocaust in the Museum of the History of the Polish Jews - workshop designed to help teachers to create further students’ discussions and encourage their reflection about the Holocaust. The visit helps to answer questions such as:

What conditions, ideologies and ideas made the Holocaust possible?

How and why did ordinary people across Europe contribute to the persecution of their Jewish neighbours?

How do we make sure that history will not repeat itself?
